Privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, salon partnership registration, or newsletter subscription, Emilio Beaufort stores the information you provide in Supabase and, when connected, a private Google Sheet so our authorized team can respond and manage your request.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry message, product selections, and, for salon partnerships, your business name and city. We record your consent and submission time. Newsletter forms collect your email and consent.

Security and spam prevention

Enquiry forms use server-side validation, hidden spam checks, and temporary submission limits. One-way fingerprints of your network address and email are used for those limits; the rate-limit records do not store the original values. Team dashboards require authenticated access and use Cloudflare Turnstile for login security.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from future marketing contact, email support@emiliobeaufort.com. We use enquiry information to handle your request and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations. Newsletter consent is separate from product and partnership enquiries.

Service providers

Website hosting uses Vercel, data and account storage use Supabase, Google Sheets stores a private copy of submissions when connected, enquiry notifications use Resend, and team login protection uses Cloudflare. Data may be processed in the regions selected for those services.
